How to prepare your file:
 
1. Export the sound effect audio track from your DAW project.
 
2. Disable/remove all VST plug-ins (reverbs, compressors, EQs, etc.) that are inserted to the track.
 
3. The audio track needs to start at 0:00 time, regardless of whether there is silence at the very beginning of it.
 
4. The audio track needs to be exported in a lossless format – WAV.
 
5. Sample rate - any, but bit depth cannot be less than 24 bit.
 
Please note:
In the event that clipping (signal above 0 dBFS) occurs on your track, please send it to us in 32-bit float bit depth. We are not afraid of any distortion.
 
 
Sending the track and finalising your order:
 
1. Select the button labelled ‘Select your track’ and upload the file you have prepared. 
 
2. Then select the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
 
3. Complete your order.

1 business day from the moment we confirm your order (we send confirmation within 48 hours – due to the large number of orders, we need more time for verification).
 
 
We reserve the right to cancel the order and immediate refund, if the audio track is not properly prepared in accordance with the guidelines.
