How to prepare your file(s):
 
1. Export your mixed musical piece from your DAW project as a single stereo file or as stems separately, e.g. drums, vocals, guitars.
 
2. Audio track(s) need to be exported in a lossless format – WAV.
 
3. Sample rate - any, but bit depth cannot be less than 24 bit.
 
Please note:
In the event that clipping (signal above 0 dBFS) occurs on your track(s), please send them to us in 32-bit float bit depth. We are not afraid of any distortion.
 
 
Sending a piece and finalising your order:
 
1. Select your mastering: Stereo Mastering or Stem Mastering.
 
2. Optionally, you can paste a link to a piece as your reference, i.e. another piece that you would like your beat to sound similar to.
 
3. Select the button labelled ‘Select your stems/piece’ and upload the file(s) you have prepared.
 
4. Then select the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
 
5. Complete your order.
 
 
Delivery time ⏱

1-2 business days from the moment we confirm your order (we send confirmation within 48 hours – due to the large number of orders, we need more time for verification).

We reserve the right to cancel the order and immediate refund, if the piece/stems are not properly prepared in accordance with the guidelines above or if the number of stems sent exceeds the limit of the Stem Mastering offer.
